Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP) under the Project "Reconstruction of road 4R100 in the direction of "Manguzar - Jarkurgan - Bandikhon – Oltinsoy - Denov" and "Reconstruction of road 4R105 in the direction "Darband - Boysun - Elbayon", on the section 5-70 km, with the participation of the Asian Development Bank.
As per
Presidential Decree dated 9 January 2020 No.4563 "On measures to implement
the investment program of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020 - 2022" the
Poject " the Project "Reconstruction of 4R100 road in the direction
of "Manguzar - Jarkurgan - Bandikhon – Oltinsoy - Denov" and
"Reconstruction of 4R105 road in the direction "Darband - Boysun -
Elbayon", on the section 5-70 km is being implemented with the
participation of Asian Development Bank.
In accordance with the requirements of ADB Safeguard Policy Statements (2009), Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP) has been developed.
