The Committee for Roads under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces a competition for selection of a Contract Management Specialist.

The Specialist will be selected in accordance with ADB procedures and rules.

Qualification requirements for the Specialist: The International Contract Management Specialist should have at least a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, law or business administration or similar fields. The specialist must have at least 15 years of experience in contract management for large infrastructure projects, preferably funded by international donors and using FIDIC contract forms. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification will be an advantage. Work experience in the CIS countries and knowledge of Russian or the local language will be an advantage.

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to provide required services.
