The Committee for Roads under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces a competition for selection of a Concrete Pavement Specialist.

The Specialist will be selected in accordance with ADB procedures and rules.

Qualification requirements for the Specialist: The International Concrete Pavement Expert must have at least a Master of Engineering degree in pavement/material testing or a degree in civil engineering or geology. The specialist should preferably have 20 years of relevant experience, including international experience in assessment of concrete pavement in design and construction, prevailing in the CIS countries. The specialist will be responsible for aspects of the application of innovative materials in the design of road construction and should have experience working with building codes and regulations used in the CIS countries.

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to provide required services.
