Updated Initial Environmental Examination under the Project "Reconstruction of road 4R100 in the direction of "Manguzar - Jarkurgan - Bandikhon – Oltinsoy - Denov" and "Reconstruction of road 4R105 in the direction "Darband - Boysun - Elbayon", on the section 5-70 km, with the participation of the Asian Development Bank.
As per Presidential Decree dated 9 January 2020
No.4563 "On measures to implement the investment program of the Republic
of Uzbekistan for 2020 - 2022" the Poject " the Project
"Reconstruction of 4R100 road in the direction of "Manguzar -
Jarkurgan - Bandikhon – Oltinsoy - Denov" and "Reconstruction of
4R105 road in the direction "Darband - Boysun - Elbayon", on the
section 5-70 km is being implemented with the participation of Asian
Development Bank.
In accordance with the requirements of ADB Safeguard Policy Statements (2009), Initial Environment Examination has been developed by ADB's Technical Assistance Consultant under the Project "Reconstruction of road 4R100 in the direction of "Manguzar - Jarkurgan - Bandikhon – Oltinsoy - Denov" and "Reconstruction of road 4R105 in the direction "Darband - Boysun - Elbayon", on the section 5-70 km, with the participation of the Asian Development Bank (in Uzbek and English languages).
