The Committee for Roads under the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan announces a competition for selection of a National Gender Specialist.
The Specialist will be selected in accordance with ADB procedures and rules.
Qualification requirements for the Specialist: The Specialist must have at least a master's degree in any of the relevant fields, such as gender studies, social work, community development, sociology, psychology and at least 5 years of experience on mainstreaming and/or implementation of gender actions and initiatives in infrastructure development projects, and also relevant experience in the development and implementation of gender-sensitive programs, as well as strong human relation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to provide required services.
