A festive event on the occasion of International Women's Day continues in Tashkent.

On February 26, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on the issues of reforming Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine.

Following the official events, the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his spouse Emine Erdogan hosted a reception in honor of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse Ziroat Mirziyoyeva. Joint photographing ceremony and conversation took place in a sincere atmosphere.

On February 14, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on the issues of effective organization of fruit and vegetable clusters, as well as phasing out the system of harvesting cotton and grain for state needs.

On February 12, a meeting on the issues of improvement of the makhalla institution, strengthening peace and tranquility, and prevention of local offenses was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

On February 11, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting on the issues of improving the anti-corruption and public control systems.

On February 6, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting to discuss the effectiveness of the oil and gas industry, tasks for this year to increase the natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons production capacity.

On January 31, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited scientific research institutes on Olimlar street in the city of Tashkent.
