President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev decreed to award a group of representatives of national cultural centers with honorary titles, orders and medals in connection with the 25th anniversary of the Republican international cultural center. 

On January 24, 2017 the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov was recieved by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in the palace "Arg" in the residence of the head of Afghanistan.

On 19 January President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Cyril Muller, who arrived in our country with a working visit. 

On 14 January an extended session of the Cabinet of Ministers, dedicated to comprehensive analysis of the results of social-economic development of the country in 2016 and determining the most important directions and priorities of economic and social program of the government in 2017 was held in Tashkent.
