President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has inspected projects for the construction of affordable modern apartment houses, a marketplace, a trade complex and a modern park in Termiz. 

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Surkhandarya region to review the progress of social-economic reforms in the region and creative and improvements works as well as to uphold a dialogue with people. 

On 9 February a meeting through videoconferencing was held under the chairmanship of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, devoted to the activity of the internal affairs bodies, existing problems and shortcomings as well as tasks for the future. 

During the meeting with the healthcare professionals on January 5 this year, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev had instructed to adopt measures on further improving healthcare services, eliminating existing problems and shortages. It was underlined that the sphere concerning the health of the population, future of our people, in particular, of a younger generation will be at the centre of attention of the President of the country. 

On February 7-10, 2017 the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdulaziz Kamilov will pay an official visit to the State of Kuwait.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has met a number of literators on Poets Avenue in the Alisher Navoiy national park of Uzbekistan. 

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Carolyn Lamm, Chairperson of the Board of the American-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce, on 1 February.
